  In mid-2000 I visited my doctor. Basically, I had this HUGE problem and the doctor's words were along the line of "DO or DIE". Do something about it now, or DIE sooner than you ought to.
When I started these amazing nutrition products the most incredible thing was how bright eyed & bushy tailed I became almost immediately. I am still feeling this wonderful energy and sense of well being. In the space of approx. 11 months, I have lost 300 centimeters from around my body and an amazing 64kgs thus far & due to the good nutrition & weight loss, my health problems have improved greatly. I only developed a weight problem as such in the last 12 years. With the weight came various health problems too. But, I chose to ignore these and never once stopped to think about what I was doing to myself.

Rob Taylor - As a Senior Manager with a large corporation, I tended to be somewhat overweight. With all the functions I needed to attend, snacks at meetings, biscuits with tea, I had become decidedly plump. In fact at one stage my weight was at 92kg.

Wayne Hunt - I would just like to share my success story with you. I’m a 27 year old male and I feel better than I have ever felt. Karen Schoenfisch - Before I found these products I was diagnosed with a condition called “celiac” which meant that my body could not digest gluten found in wheat, barley, rye, oats and yeast – eating anything containing the products was destroying my body. LEIGH – HOUSE OF COFFEES - I started on the Herbalife programme in September 1998. I kept very strictly to it and by the end of December I had lost in excess of 20 kgs. I stopped using the product, but didn’t put on any weight that I had lost. I really believe that Herbalife changed and corrected my metabolism so that my body just worked efficiently ( as it is designed to do) using “normal” food. I also noticed, even after I had stopped using the product that fat was redistributed on my body so that there were less rolls and more curves. My collar bones are now visible and I often get compliments on my “great legs”. What a wonderful change.

Hector Bustillos - I was a stressed out Bank Manager up until a few months ago. I left my job at the bank after an internal restructure, and it was then that I realised how much my health had suffered. Back in 1997 I was approx. 25 kg overweight. I managed to lose about 20 kg of that weight by ‘knocking myself out at the gym’ five days a week, but I still hadn’t addressed my poor eating habits, and as a result, my health suffered. I had every sort of cold and flu that came along. I also suffer from Crohn’s disease and I was starting to have relapses of that also. Still not alot changed after I left my job, although my stress levels started to come under control (a little bit), I was no longer attending the gym, and guess what, my weight started going up again. I had put back on 5 kg when Herbalife entered my life. From then on I took my supplements exactly as directed, herbal tea at least twice a day, and my Shake everyday. I have now lost that extra unwanted 5 kg, and my health has never been better. My husband wanted to go on the products too, and he has lost 6 kg and feels great. In my experience (and others agree with me), since being on the Herbalife products, my “taste” in food has changed. I now enjoy healthy foods, whereas before I would have taken the unhealthy choice because it was what I preferred.
My father decided that he needed to lose weight, at least 10 kgs. He had developed a pot belly from eating too much of the wrong thing.
